All Bikes Must be Received No later then Thursday June 4, 2009 to ensure sufficient time to assemble.
Customer must provide a UPS Ship-able bike box, proper ship to address and value for insurance purposes.
All bike boxes must be clearly labeled with owners name and address.
All bikes should have a tag attached to them with the owners name address and Phone Number.
Be sure to insure bike when shipping it to us.
DLT Event Management Inc. is not responsible for damage incurred during shipment, Assembly or Disassembly.
The Ride is not responsible for any shipping damage incurred.
The funds for shipping and assembly will be collected when you pick you bike up.
